New Framework Planning and NDIS Supports Consultation

This public consultation focuses on four new NDIS rules for new framework planning. These rules are about:

• How a participant’s disability support needs will be assessed
• How reasonable and necessary budgets will be developed
• How a participant can use their plan
• How a new framework plan can be changed

This consultation also seeks feedback on updates to the NDIS Supports Transitional Rule.
