IF GOVERNMENT CAN’T IDENTIFY HARM, IT CAN’T PREVENT IT.

This movement supports successful reform, measured by whether people experience better lives.

To achieve this, reforms must meet conditions:

• Systems must be ready
• Safeguards must exist
• Outcome must improve
• No person should be worse off.

The role of Systems That Work. For Everyone. movement is to ensure that every proposed reform:

• Delivers systems that work, in practice, to Autistic people and the autism community
• Translates into measurable, accountable standards
• Ensures that current and future governments are held to outcomes, not intentions alone.

To prove that every proposed ‘reform’ is legitimate, we call on the Government to apply both the 10 Point System Readiness Tests AND the following 10 Point System Accountability Tests PRIOR to intended implementation of reform(s).
