If systems aren’t ready, reform isn’t ready

This movement supports successful reform, measured by whether people experience better lives.

To achieve this, reforms must meet conditions:

• Systems must be ready
• Safeguards must exist
• Outcome must improve
• No person should be worse off.

The role of Systems That Work. For Everyone. movement is to ensure that proposed reforms:

• Deliver systems that work in practice for Autistic people and the autism community
• Translate into measurable, accountable standards
• Ensure that governments are held to outcomes, not intentions alone.

To prove that every proposed ‘reform’ is legitimate, we call on the Government to apply the following 10 Point System Test PRIOR to implementation.
